SAP BTP Admin – Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Admin – Manager to lead the administration, governance, integration, and operational management of SAP Business Technology Platform environments.

In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure SAP BTP environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise technology strategies.

You will play a key role in managing BTP landscapes, supporting cloud transformation initiatives, and guiding teams in delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

• Lead the administration and governance of SAP BTP environments across development, testing, and production landscapes.
• Manage BTP global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, services, environments, and configurations.
• Establish and maintain security, identity, authentication, authorization, and access-control processes.
• Support SAP BTP integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Oversee SAP Integration Suite, APIs, connectivity, and integration-related services.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, service health, and operational issues.
• Establish operational standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for BTP adoption.
• Support cloud architecture and technology decisions for client engagements.
• Work with development teams to ensure applications are deployed and operated effectively on BTP.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex platform and integration issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across BTP operations, security, performance, and cost management.
• Mentor and guide BTP administrators, engineers, and technical team members.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience managing SAP BTP accounts, subaccounts, services, roles, and environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud architecture and enterprise integration.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Cloud Integration, and Connectivity.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP enterprise landscapes.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and platform operations.
• Experience leading technical teams or managing BTP-related projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• SAP BTP certification.
• Experience with Cloud Foundry.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP application extensions.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing technology environments.
